Tips and guidelines for photo submission.

Send your photos electronically to webapostle@gracechurchyorktown.org.

• For most compact storage, your photo images should be in JPEG (JPG) format.
  
  
• Your images will be converted into two formats: "thumbnail" images, approximately 178 x 120 pixels for inclusion in the photo album pages, and "full-size" images, approximately 540 x 360 pixels for display on individual web pages.
  
  
• Please be sure than any identifiable persons have given permission for their photo to be published.
  
  
• Please include the following information with your photo:
  
  
• Name of photographer
  
• Date when the photo was taken
• Location where the photo was taken
• Nature of the occasion (and its relationship to activities at Grace Church)
• Names of persons shown in the photo
• Narrative text describing the occasion. This text will be shown under the full-size image.
  
  
• If you have several images to be grouped together, please provide additional explanatory text for the group. This text will be included on the album page above the thumbnail images.
