The Worship
Commission
The Worship
Commission of
the Vestry offers
a ministry that is truly of the people and for the people. From
the preparation of the altar and participation in the services to
the decoration of our facilities and the establishment of temporary
worship sites, members of the Grace congregation give generously
of their time and talents.
Activites falling
under the purview of the Worship Commission include the following:
Acolytes
Altar
Guild
Labyrinth
Layreaders
and Chalicists
Ushers
Grace Episcopal
Church Music Programs
The various music programs at Grace Episcopal Church
fall under the purview of the Vestry's Worship Commission, and are
headed by our organist and choirmaster, Mrs.
Greta Reed.

The organ at Grace Episcopal Church was made
by the J.
W. Walker & Sons, Ltd.,of Thetford, England, who have
constructed organs throughout the UK, the US, Germany, and
Australia.
Our organ, although one of the smaller ones
the company has created, was designed for the special acoustics
of our church. It has 2 manuals, mechanical stop action. There
are 6 stops, and 308 pipes.
